Matteo Verdi Bertoldi advises companies, professionals and private clients on the most complex questions of civil and corporate law.
Admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Courts, he has developed particular experience in commercial contracts, in civil and commercial litigation, and in the management of business difficulties and corporate crisis. Alongside these sit specific competences in telecommunications law and private international law.
